Symmetry

In maths year 3 are learning about symmetry so today on the internet we saw some flags and figured out if they were symmetrycal or not. Most of them were like the Finland flag wich had one line of symmetry. If you think that the American flag is symmetrycal you are right inone way if you are dealing with the stars only. The British flag is not symmetrycal because the white lines or on different sides in top to bottom. The Hong Kong flag is not symmetrycal because the flower shape in the middle goes a different way so that it lookes like each half of the flower is going a different way if it was moving
